Hi Debbie,
I know you get tons of requests but I was flipping through your rotations and a lot of them caught my eye! I was thinking of doing your 12 week rotation (would like to commit to something long term and don't have STS).
I was wondering if you might have some time to create something about 12 weeks long that is a little bit more advanced. I am a pretty advanced exerciser (at least cardiovascularly) but need to work (slowly) on my strength training.
I'm 5'3, 29 years old and about 125 pounds. I'd like to be around 118 but really don't care about my weight as long as I'm lean and toned. I'm going on a cruise for my 30th birthday over New Year's and really want to rev up my fitness plan up until then.
So, it's prob easiest to tell you what i don't own of Cathe's videos:

Stretch Max
Slow & Heavy
Ab Hits
Body Fusion
Total Body Sculpting
Basic Step
Low Impact Step
Mega Step Blast
Total Body Stretching
STS (but have preordered the cardio!)
