Fitness Freak/ Debbie Question on new DVD

Hello Debbie,

I am looking to buy 2 new Cathe DVDs to supplement my current workout.

My main goal is reducing and getting lean thighs and smaller butt (more my inner thighs though).

I do have Legs and Glutes and would like to shock my lower body more.

I would appreciate if you could tell me what DVDs would be good.

I am not very good with steps so please recommend something else.

Other Cathe DVDs that I have KPC, Muscle Max, LIC (which I hardly do as I cannot get the choreography). I also use an elliptical twice a week.

This is tough to answer. Every one of Cathe's DVD's are good. If you are looking to blast lower body fat, though, I would go with Butts & Guts and Low Max. But Low Max is a step workout. Seriously, you can't learn the steps to these? I know some of them are tricky but if you do them a few times you should get it. I am so totally uncoordinated and I can catch onto these workouts with my 2nd to 3rd try.

If you don't want to get Low Max because it's a step workout, then go with Kick Max. That is really good for the legs and at the end has great leg burning drills.

I think I need to start getting proceeds for these recommendations. LOL! :p JK!

I will get Butt & Gutts! Will try LIC few more times:) and if it works will get low max.

BTW - I def agree that u should get the proceeds! I think u do the best job at marketing Cathe DVDs than any one I know!
