Hi Debbie,
I see that you help everyone, including me. Thank you. I am currently following Cathe's June '08 rotation. I have been making my own rotations for the most part for the past several months.
I was wondering if you could help me figure out how to order my rotations.
It is really hard for me to get definition. I would like to be defined and lean. I know that diet is imperative.

I am just not sure what I should be thinking about when I am planning my rotations. (Endurance, intensity...?????)

Also, I would like to know if there are any DVDs that I do not have that are a must have to get my results.

Drill Max
Boot camp/Muscle Endurance
Low Intensity Circuit
Body Max 2
Interval Max
IMax 3
4 Day split
Cardio Hits
Slow and Heavy
The Classics
High Step Challenge

Stretch Max

Jodi, I don't have time to do personal rotations. If you want to make one up for yourself and post it here, I'll be happy to tweak it for you.

And no, I'm not a personal trainer - yet. Just haven't had the time or money to get certified.
