Hi Debbie!
I was wondering if you could let me know, when you have some time, the amount of calories I need to maintain my current weight and also to lose some weight? I looked around on some websites for this info but I got about 3 different numbers! I know you've helped people in the past with this and they've had success, so I'll trust what you tell me!
I am 30 years old, 5'4 and currently weigh 131.8. At my fitest I was a solid 123, but I wouldn't mind being around 125 again. I am active for about an hour per day, sometimes I do Cathe and sometimes other workouts. But I do workout 5 times per week.
