Cathe and crew were really busy this weekend with us Road Trippers. I hope they will have the opportunity to update the blog soon. I went to one of the seminars about Fitness by Cathe and the rep said they are trying to market the power tower to Costco, BJ's and stores like that as part of a workout system...the price point will be $299 range; he mentioned he anticipates it being sold in individual units (just the tower) on cathe.com in early 2009...the price point will probably be higher than $99 because of the increase in steel and oil prices.

I'm sure Cathe and crew will clarify, but that is the info I remember.

What about the weight vest uses in the STS dvd's? Where can we purchase that? Who makes it? I really would like to get one, all the ones I have seen are way to big and bulky for a woman to use! Thanks!

Weight Vests

I think they are using the Cathe ones--in the display they are on the top shelf left.

I am currently shopping for medicine balls, so I'm hoping these will hit WallyCom soon.

The 10lbs weight vests Cathe uses in STS will be available at the same places as the other Fitness by Cathe products. A sample was on display during the Road Trip.

Sorry to take so long to post, but the 2008 Road Trip is keeping us pretty busy right now. We announced yesterday that the following stores and etailers will be carrying the Fitness by Cathe line:

City Sports
Olympia Sports
Academy Sports
Paragon Sports
Big 5 Sporting Goods
Walmart.com
Scheels
Dunhams
Meijers
Sport Chalet

I'm in MD and I've never heard of any of these retailers. Any idea which one may be anywhere near me? Also, is Walmart the only etailer? When will the line be available?

Don't feel bad - we don't have any of these within hours of where I live. The closest Scheels is 6 hours away. I'll probably order from walmart.com or cathe.com
