Hello all,
WOW everyone is doing great!
Well my pants are looser today, mainly because this pair is bigger than yesterday's pair LOL!

I deviated from the Dec rotation today: did the cardio & weights cardio only premix (about 30")...couldn't face SJP and didn't have enough time for a 72" workout. The truth is, I know that I just cannot do Cathe's rotations as written, it is overtraining for me. I know this because I followed April, May, June, and July, pretty much to a 't' (if I substituted it was equal length, style and intensity) and then I crashed bad.

I have just now almost gotten back to an 8" step (which really is the right height for my leg length)

I'm interested in the premixes, and I enjoy reading other people's opinions of them. Lori, I'd love to hear how the PP Upper body premix works out. If I remember right you can chose the 2x through or the 3x thru option. I don't think I'm brave enough for 3x through.

Brenda, I can't imagine doing any lifting after MIC (unless it is lifting a BIG glass of water to my lips) Speaking of water....I'd love to drink more water but I just can't handle running to the ladies room any more than I already do...maybe I just have a small bladder.

Rhonda, did you get through the upper body for body max last night? I've done that as a stand alone UB workout and I really rather like it. Cardio Kicks is fun but I have developed a dread factor for those sequential power kicks. (also dread them in boot camp) My hip flexor area - almost groin area- gets so sore and aches afterward. I must be doing something wrong - not keeping my core tight or something.

Uh, Sabine, about the "mini special dark" you had for dessert, uh er could I have oh just a couple of pounds to nibble on?? As you can see, my cravings are WILD and OUT OF CONTROL. But I haven't caved yet (well except for peanuts and peanut butter)

Hope to hear from everyone today...I can't figure out what to do tomorrow for a workout. I guess I better pick out a couple of possiblities and see how early I get up and how much energy I have.

Hi All,

Joy - Yes I did do the upper body of BodyMax. It went by really quickly. I did the warm up and kickbox combos for Cardio Kicks and then will do the Drills when I get home.

tomorrow I plan on doing MIS. Most likely have to break it up with lower body and two parts in the morning and then the rest in the evening.

Eating has been good this week. Hopefully it will stay that way.

The way you break up the workouts seems like a really good idea. I found myself thinking about what fun it would be to do the MIS workout if I was doing it upper body one session and lower body another session.

Another question, I was thinking about purchasing A Charlene P workout, maybe Women with Balls. I searched this forum and found a topic where you had asked about her workouts. Did you ever get any? Did you like them?

Hi Everyone,

Did my Gay Gasper Step and Kickbox workout today. What a fun workout! The step is pretty basic although there is one guy who does some more advanced/intense moves that I follow. And I love the kickboxing intervals because Gay doesn't do them at warp speed and instead focuses on form and intensity. Had a great workout!

Joy- I know what you mean re: doing a Cathe rotation as is written. It's overtraining for me too!! That's why I substitute so often with other workouts. Way to listen to your body and ease up. Have you tried the dark chocolate name Valhrona? It's INCREDIBLE!!!

I can't wait to start using the premixes on the DVD's. Right now I only have vhs tapes so I don't get the opportunity to indulge in premixes.

I, too, am impressed by how everyone's doing. Way to go on the eating Lori!!!

I have done 2 BB workouts, and I just love this set. I KNOW I will like it better than the Intensity Series, which I do like, I just love all of the weights in this series. I did the PP premix w/ the 3 X's thru, it was AWESOME. Then I did the TimeSaver cardio 1 again. It is only about 20 mins. Perfect to tack on after a weight workout. Tomorrow I am on to KPC. I can't wait for that one. I might try SJP. Is there alot of weights in this one?? I might try that after KPC. Have a god day everyone.

Lori are you CRAZY??? KPC then SJP back to back! If you can do this and live to tell the tale, then I bow down to you! You asked about the weights in SJP - I don't remember that they are terrible - my notes on this are at home.

When you did the PP 3X did you do the whole body? That must have been a L-O-N-G workout!

Sabine, I think you will like KPC. It is slower paced then cardio kicks and there is much better form and control. Also, I've never had Valhrona chocolate, but I will not pass up the opportunity if I see any.:9

Good evening everyone... I just read a 30 minute workout in Oxygen that I'm going to do tonight and not overload the weights. I have something to go to on Sat night and I don't want to bulk up this week like I had originally planned w/heavying up.

Lori- As you may have found already, the weights in SJP aren't so bad depending on which weight you choose, but the middle section of the cardio gets your heart going (lots of plyo jumps if I remember).

Nice job everyone on sticking with it!:)

I need to do KJP again- I don't remember it. Good, yes?

Chocolate is my achilles heel- if I have just one piece I'm out of control, but its such a wonderful thing!

I did KPC yesterday and it was awesome. I think tomorow I will try step blast. Couldn't do anything today because I had a long day at work.

WELL, TODAY IS KPC. I am excited to try this workout. I just can't GUSH enough about how happy I am with this series. Eating was good again yesterday. I do better eating healthy I think, than dieting. Have a good day everyone.
