Hey Cathe & Everybody!
I really would love some advice on this one! School starts in September and I would like to go back toned and with much more cardio endurance. I have the PS series and many of the step videos ( Power Step, Interval MAx, Body Max ect.) ALso i think my sister and i are buying circut max and the kickboxing one. cathe- do you think you could put together a program to folow using these viodeos and any that I should buy. I know your very very busy but i'd love it!! Thanks!!!! I cant wait to get the videos!! :)

Hi elle,
I read somewhere that Cathe and her crew are editing this week, so I'm sure that's why you haven't got an answer just yet. I am awaiting an answer to your question too, because although I am building my Cathe video library, sometimes I need help deciding which video to do when and how many times a week, etc. That part can be confusing and we all want to make sure we get the most out of our workouts especially when we are students or mothers or both, and have such a difficult time finding the time to workout to begin with. Take care.

hey- thanks alot for responding. i know how you feel- ive been wishing and a hoping for a response too. but i know that cathe and her team are very busy. lets hope they respond!
 
Help!

i did this so i could get my message to the top. i know cathe is very very busy- and this vacation is well deserved..to say the least!- but does anyone have suggestions for a plan to take these tapes and organize them into a schedule? I have PS series, interval max, body max, alot of her step videos.... any suggestions would be great!
