Back with my weekend workouts:

Saturday workouts:
Ifit treadmill workout from "Strengthen your Walk" Series - 30 min.
Blender- STS Meso 2 Wk.4-Back & Biceps Express - 25 min.
CatheLive Total Body Barre: Int/Adv. (did the warmup, standing section, & stretch) 33 min.

Sunday:
Ifit elliptical workout from the Basic Mobility Series - 26 min.
Ifit rowing workout from the Lean & Strengthen Series - 30 min.
Blender- "Standing Strength" - 40 min.
 
Hi Linda

I had my second and final Shingrix vaccine and regular Flu vaccine, and had major side effects on day 2 , which was yesterday. Now today on day three starting to feel better thank goodness. Thank you for your kind words regarding my father-in-law.

Great job on your workouts Saturday and on Sunday. Bravo and high fives!!

Hi Nora, gosh, you certainly had a Stressful week, last week.....Again sorry for your loss...glad you are
feeling better. I am off today so I thought I would come post today's workouts:

Ifit treadmill workout "Run and Cross Train" ( I walk faster instead of running....not a runner !)
The Firm "Slim & Trim" dvd (this is the one that uses a medicine ball...) The dvd has a 20 min. Express
workout option and that is what I did. A fun workout, been a long time since I had done that one.

I'm here today. I should be able to workout this week except Friday as there is a Zoom meeting with attorney handling the estate. We will have to go to Paul's parents house for that to meet with his sister who has a device we can do the zoom meeting on. I will need to re-schedule my haircut, oh well. So as far as I know right now that should be it,but things could change.

Yes, I did not workout Friday as I thought it would go that way. Congrats on your already posted Monday workouts. Great job on Tuesday's workout with Coffeyfit Raw Body Sculpt Overload, and Wednesday's workout with a blender- Ice Compound workout. Then Thursday was rest day, well deserved, good for you. Then always get in a lots of outdoor walks with Jack.

I finished today's workout earlier and remembered I needed to check in.

Here's today's workout:

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- INTENSE 60 Min Rhythm Ride Class = 63 Min
Boss Bands- Total Body- Timesaver #5 Core Focus = 23 Min

That's it for me today, feels great to workout again. Now if I can get back on a routine again. I will be hopeful on that note.

i trippd and fell today and landed on my left shouldfer,breaking upper arm. i have an immobilizing sling and a type of non narcotic pain killer. the pain will be much better than now about 3 weeks. i am out ofcommission for 6 to 8 weeks. then probably physical therapy after wards . so no workouts 4 a while which i hate.

those all are super fun workouts, i wish i could do those right now. you are amazing, you keep up the great job and be fit and fabulous. my first thought s after my injury were oh no ican't do my usual chores and take care of family or workout. oh well i got to deal with my injury and heal so i can get back to those every day things.

Don't have a PayPal account to use your cc, and I don't particularly care to do
That, putting in your info on a third party sight, if you don't use them.....so I
Removed them from the cart and said, heck with it! I preordered her last ones,
Which I rarely even use, but I don't remember anything about PayPal. Don't
Guess I'll get them....maybe Amazon or Mary will have them later.

I have been working out most every day, either with Cathe, Kelly & IFIT.
I have been doing some older Firms too, enjoying re-visiting them.
You will be back at it, before you know it!

Did you preorder Kelly’s new ones? I actually emailed her about the extra Raw
Workouts that will be included on them and she answered with a very nice email.
So, I probably am going to attempt to preorder them...cause I know if I don’t,
I will wish I did!

You may Have seen the snips here & there that Cathe is going to be doing a
Weight series Of about 12 dvds....but I don’t imagine that we will see these until
Next year around this time...that is my “guess” anyway....but I will probably be in
On that too....
