Hi Nora, glad you were able to get back to your treadmill! I didn't workout last
Night, was going back thru my Tracie Long dvds and have picked out some and
Added to my schedule. I had forgot how good her workouts are. Excited to
Re-visit them. Tonight I did the warmup, upper body section and stretch from
Kelly's Body Design. Some more new moves on old exercises! Love all her
Variations..makes the exercise new again!

Patrick Goudeau - KickBox Burn- Rnds 1-4 + Abs= 64 Min

That's it for me today. I think Patrick and Heather kicked my butt today, LOL!!

Linda- No worries about Monday we all have those days from time to time. Nice job on last nights workout with Kelly Body Design- warmup, upper body section and stretch. WTG!!! I remember Tracy Long from my Firm days, I always enjoyed her workouts. She's a great instructor uses good form and is safe, quality workouts.

Workout with Hiit Upper Body.....do you have the FitTower ? I don't use mine as
Much as I used too, need some new workouts for it....
This evening I did a standing legs blender workout since I did upper body last
Night. I have a Tracie workout coming up soon! I try to follow a schedule....
Sometimes it's hard to do cause I will want to skip ahead and do something else!
I try to discipline myself :)

I do have a Fit Tower I got it back when it was first shown with STS release. So I do own a Fit Tower I confess I do not use it often either because I don't have a big area to workout and can't leave it set up all the time. I only use it if I plan ahead and set it up before hand so I guess you could say I'm lzay that way.

Oh boy snow's coming your way, yes I think shoveling snow counts as exercise most definately. I hope your hip and back and feeling better today. Good for you to take it easier on your workouts with sore hip and back choosing a low impact/step mix from Tracie Long.
Nicely done by the way with going low impact with Tracie Long. She's a great instructor loved her in the old Firms.

Hi Nora, yes, it's been shovel max yesterday evening and most of the day. I did
Do a Tracie step circuit mix and a Cathe step circuit express blender workout
Yesterday. I got my DVDs yesterday so have been previewing them and did do a
Timesaver premix from Cardio Party and a short little mix from Rev'd Up Rumble
Today, liked them both. The verdict is in: I like the new series:)

Oh boy the snow arrived where you are then. I hope you did not shovel yourself sore. Oh good you received your LITE dvd's. I got mine Saturday but have not had time to preview them yet . Just going by the clips of them they look so fun and awesome. I have noticed that even though they appear in the drop down menu under dvds listed for Cathe but I try to enter them in my calendar they do not appear with the LITE picture dvd in the day I wish to put them in . So I'm guessing the tech people at Cathe.com have
not gotten around to that part as yet. I understand the workout guides aren't going to be available until this week or next I don't recall. LITE does look like Cathe has another runaway hit on her hands, with this successor to ICE which was Awesome and a fave of mine. High fives to Cathe and her crew both in front an d behind the camera's and high fives & a big thank you for those that stuffed envelopes getting
the dvds to be ready to be loaded on to mail trucks/UPS trucks. They all rock and are awesome! Great job on your workout Saturday with a Tracie step circuit mix and a Cathe step circuit express blender workout. High fives WTG!!!

Hi Nora, gosh, I think gathering firewood would be a workout too! We had about
6 inches snow, enough for me!!! Tonight I did the Light Dumbbell Cardio
Sculpting section plus warm up and stretch from Kelly's Body Design...

Hi Nora, good workouts for today ! I didn't workout last night, too busy in the workout blender ! Tonight, before
blending another workout, I did a TimeSaver premix from the new Stacked Upper Body workout. One round
of everything.....I liked it alot and enjoyed the new exercises mixed in with the "tried & trues"!

Nice workouts today Nora, hope all is well with you. Tonight I did a premix from Kelly's StepBoxing 2. Fun,as
always....I am really liking The new Lite Series as well. Working my way thru the dvds and blending workouts
in the blender, I think I have made up about 7 new ones so far.....gotta get them on my schedule !

Workout and Calorie Crush too. That's great... today I did some time on my
Elliptical and finished with 10 min Peloton cool down treadmill walk. Tonight
I did the 1 set only premix from Kelly's UBSS and then the Punch only premix from
Her 30MTF Kickboxing. Time to call it a day!

I just did a short zero impact workout today to loosen up back, I did not sleep well so I opted to not go to church today. I wasn't sure if I could walk to chuch and back without loosing my balance.

Here's today's zero impact workout:

Jessica Smith- Yoga Fusion Fix- Yoga for Balance & Core Strength= 21 Min
