Quick post as time is getting away from me today! I did the fitness test program on the treadmill. I must not understand it, I thought it would score me based on my age and HR. I got a 100, hmmm, I know I'm not in that good of shape! I did a mile in less than 10 min and warm up/cool down was another .5 mile. Then I did 4DS KB only. I did not do all the jumping jacks as I was tired, so did a low impact version.
Had a scare with Maddy, not sure what it was, she's been eating so well, and after our walk, I told her she had to wait to eat until I did (I still haven't eaten) she kind of stumbled and had a weird look, I scooped her up because I was scared she'd hurt herself running into something, a few min later, I set her down, she seemed 'ok', figured I better feed her as maybe her blood sugar was low, she stumbled a bit into a chair on the way to the kitchen but she gobbled her food all up and is resting comfortably now. I think she's fine, but it worries me what's next to come for us.
Ronne, yes, go light on the weights for Plyo legs!
Mary, I love bread/butter too, and chocolate. Right now I'm in a yogurt covered almond kick...somehow I'm betting the yogurt covering has too much sugar!
Murphy, hope you get better soon!
Kathryn, part of my problem with high intensity workouts is knowing when to slow down, I'm always in competition to not slow down. Then I end up killing myself. And yes, I've been feeling OLD lately, but I'm glad you are here because I think that means you are the oldest here instead of me!
And yes I completed my taxes (took forever), getting nice refunds, especially from the state because of the hybrid car we bought (but didn't qualify for fed credit
And I'm slow to get to the ground and sometimes don't even get back up before Cathe and company are going back down to the ground again! I used my high step topper to use as my "floor' so I put my hands on that.
Gotta get....need food....need to work.....
