I don't really know but I would be concerned about mercury poisoning. There are lists around about which fish is safe to eat and how often. Have no idea of how accurate they are.
Your rotation should be fine. Generally it is the larger, predatory fish (shark, swordfish, king mackerel) that have higher mercury levels. The people who should be most concerned about mercury are women who are in their childbearing years and young children.

Personally I wouldn't eat any amount of anything containing mercury, which is a neurotoxin that your body stores forever, and nearly all fish and shellfish have at least trace amounts of it. It's just too risky IMHO.
