Me too! During 4DS Legs, instead of doing the leg work with the band at the end where you sit on the step, I always do firewalkers!

Yupperoonie--you HAVE to have B&G! It's my new fave LB workout. I was all into GS Legs for a while and then I gave B&G another shot and I'm obsessed! I do the whole thing with Cathe's weighted vest on and it's killer!
