Finished my 1st STS Rotation!

Good morning! I officially finished the 3.5 month STS rotation. I always exercise, but haven't always followed through with a rotation, so I'm very proud that I finished! Cathe made it so easy to follow. I'll enjoy some cardio and yoga for the rest of the week. Then I'm eying up the April 2011 Rotation. Looks like it might be a good one to follow-up on.

I did STS because I wanted to increase my upper body strength. Before STS I felt like I was throwing my saddle on my (tolerant) horse. Now I can easily lift the saddle on his back. I lost approximately 3 inches and hope to do the rotation again this winter.

So glad I invested in STS!

I'll be starting STS in July...can't wait! I'm glad to hear it helped you gain more upper body strength...that's what I really need too.

I am closing in on the last 6-7 weeks of the 5.5 month rotation I am currently doing...some how it's going to take me 6 months but whatever! LOL :p Anyway, I am thrilled with the results! It's very hard work but so worth it! My muscles are popping like crazy and I am definitely getting stronger!!!! :D
 
Congrats on your accomplishment. I just finished the 3.5 rotation also and was very proud. I have been doing Cathe for a while but usually don't follow a rotation. My goal was to increase upper body definition and I am pleased. I am actually doing Meso 1 and 2 again and then take a break from STS since I will be on vacation after that. I am so glad that I decided to purchase STS. There is nothing like it.
 
Congrats Tracy. I also just completed my first rotation on 5/6/11. I love the new found strength and muscles I have. There is no other workout program like STS out there. I love that there are 36 disc, one for each workout. Cathe makes it so simple to follow and I believe that why I was able to complete it. :D
 
Congrats you all on your results! I am amazed how fast a rotation seems to go! It seems like no time to get thru the whole 36 DVD's! It's my fav workouts of all time!
 
Congratulations all!!! The sense of accomplishment on completing STS is so amazing. I had done rotations before (P90x comes to mind) but the strength gains in STS were awesome for me. I was a loyal Cathe fan before STS- but I am a Forever Cathlete now!!
