Finally gettin' Rhythmic step

A few months ago I purchased rhythmic step. The first time I did the WO I didn't much care for it because I just didn't "get it" all. :confused: Tried it again, so so...Did it today for the third time & I'm FINALLY getting it. It does feel so great when you finally nail one!!! :D:D:D
 
I love Rhythmic Step. It's one of my favorites. I recently got a full sized club step and I can't wait to try RS using it instead of my small Reebok step. :) Glad you are getting it because it's just SO much fun!! :D I would love to see RS2. :cool:

RS is so much fun, once you get all the moves down! If you like it, you might also really like Step Blast! I picked that one up at the RT, and it's also so much fun!! :p
 
I was frustrated with this one at first as well, but it soooooo worth learning it!! I thought Cathe turned into an evil alien somewhere in the second step routine. :eek: But I stuck with it and now it is VERY fun!

Me too...took me a little while to get it but it is one of my favorites. And I agree that it reminds me of step blast, without the blasts. Another favorite of mine!
 
I just did Rhythmic Step this morning and I love it! It is one of my favorite aerobic workouts. When Cathe gets to the 3rd segment and starts doing the squats and lunges, I'm really feeling it in my legs, but in a good way. It's a great way to start the morning.

I can't decide which one I love more--Step Blast or Rhythmic Step. They both took me a while to learn all the way through, but I just love complicated, dancy choreography. One of my favorites! Good job on learning to love it!

I haven't done RS in ages. For some reason I usually pick something else, like today I decided on Step Blast instead. I just *heart* that workout. I need to make sure next time RS comes up that I do it!

It and step blast are my favorites!

once you get it down, it's like (snap) that. And complexity makes it interesting. ;)
 
i love RS too. Its one of my favorites. I got is a few months ago, and I can tell you that the segments are long and kind of complicated at first. But, thats what makes it possible to do it over and over again. I just did it this moring. It is a great workout.
