Anyway, there are some other places you can check out for motivation and help without the computer thingy. http://www.eatright.com is the homepage of the American Dietetic Association and has a lot of info, including a calorie counter that's easy to use. http://www.cyberdiet.com, http://www.dietwatch.com, and http://www.efit.com (customized exercise and meal plans) are just a few of the many possibilites out there.
