feeling a little soft and low

Cathlete
Hi,

What Cathe workout do you recomend for the glute? I do squats and lunges 2 times a week, but still feeling soft and low on the glute area. Thnks

DEADLIFTS, One legged squats, step ups, fire walkers, courtsey lunges, plie squats, side leg lifts (hip abduction).

Work the glutes from all angles. Good luck!!!

Oh oh oh!! Definetly buts and guts-I've wanted it forever and the ups guy/Santa brougt it to me last night!! It's tough stuff but will give you great results.

Do you have "Butts and Guts"?
If so, I'd recommend doing the lower-body premix (lower body blast?) this way: start with the warm-up from the premix, then go to the ankle-weight floorwork section that focuses on the glutes (the 'hydrant' and 'donkey' moves) to preexhaust (or 'wake up') the glutes a bit. Then finish the rest of the premix. This workout 2x/week should help you get things back in shape.

(I'd also recommend some Firm workouts, like the Transfirmer "Jiggle-Free Buns" workout, or some earlier Firm workouts that contain tall-box presses).
