Cathe, on your Butts and Guts DVD, when I do the one legged squats(sweating all the way), I feel the burn in my thigh muscle of the leg on the step, not in my butt muscle of the leg on the floor. I am pushing up thru the heel of the foot on the floor...Am I doing something wrong? I do have an all over "good" hurt the next day
. How many days/week would you reccomend this DVD? Thanks, Kay
