With all the "don't eat this" and "don't eat that"s" I've been obsessing too. If I just eat a little of what I really want, I stop obsessing, don't overeat and go on with my day. LOL! I'm also sick of the bread is bad for you thing. I love bread! I don't eat it constantly, but maybe a few times a week and that makes me happy.
