Attention Cathe Live Subscribers: This Thursday, Feb 4th at 9:15am EST, we'll be doing "Gloved Up & Ready" Live. Get your gloves on (optional) and have your heavy bag handy (optional) for boxing combos mixed with a few cardio blasts and heavy bag drills. The workout will conclude with brief weight work that keeps the muscles & heart pumping!

Equipment needed:

Boxing Gloves (optional)

Heavy Bag (optional)

Various weighted dumbells (5's, 8's, 10's, 12's)
