Favorite Workouts

Thought it would be fun to start this discussion - I know it should go under Cathe's DVD's, but I'd get more fun answers here. What three Cathe workouts do you consider essential to your well being and why?

Mine are

IMax 2 - when I need a good, fun, hardcore workout, this one steps up to the plate.

Circuit Max - This one burns more calories per minute than any other workout I have. And it's a blast. It's the first Cathe workout I have ever had, and I continue to keep it in my rotation weekly.

KPC - I love kick boxing, and this one really has a fun punch. Cathe and the crew seem to really be enjoying themselves.
 
MINE ARE

STEP BLAST- I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS ONE!!

CIRCUIT MAX- THE TIME FLYS BY WITH THIS ONE. LOTS OF VARIETY.

IMAX 2- LOVE THE MUSIC AND ITS A GREAT HARD WORKOUT!!

Pure Strength Upper and Lower
Kick, Punch, Crunch
The entire CTX Series (I know, it's more than one!!)

well i don't have many but have tried most. the ones i can't live without are

power hour combo dvd

legs and glutes

kick punch crunch

and just about anything from intensity series

i can't wait until i can budget after xmas to see if i can finally get the series on dvd.

My favorites are Step Blast, IMax Xtreme, and . . . and . . . Ohhh!! I am having so much trouble deciding on the third one. Can I pick more than one??? Please?? If so, I just did Step Jam Mish-Moshed with PowerMax recently and I loved it. I also love Cardio and Weights and MIC. Oh, and IMax 2 too. How can I pick just three? :eek: :)

1. Imax 1 & 2 love love love em, serious hard cardio workouts.
2. Kickmax & Cardio Kicks I know I know but I love em both }( :p
3. Legs & Glutes doing this one tonight ;)

Since All Step was my first Cathe workout, and I did it for about six months mixed with the tread mill and Total Gym Platinum, so it remains a favorite maybe for nostalgic reasons.

I recently got Slow and Heavy, and really like it.

Of course, I'm with the many others in nominating KPC as an all time favorite.
 
Ah so hard to choose. I don't have the latest series so that being said:

IMAX2
PUB
PLB

...but then I just did Muscle Endurance and forgot how great that was also...so it's too hard to just pick 3!

My favorites are the Imax2 and especially Imax3. I feel very accomplished when done. As for weight training I love all the hardcore gym styles.
 
Man, this IS a hard question! lol...I have (almost) every Cathe workout and they're all like my "kids"...I'll just say right NOW, at this moment, that is, I'd pick Low Max, Muscle Max, and GS Legs!! :)
 
It is very hard to pick. I can tell you, I either, really love them or not, depending on my mood & energy levels that particular day.

RS- because on any given day I can use this one & have lot's of fun.
LL- because I'm quivering in my shoes before I even put it in the player.}(
MIC- because I just love jumping around like a freakin' maniac.

Very good question. Todays favorite 3 are:
1.Gym Styles
2.Pyramids
3.Step Bast
Honestly, I LOVE every Cathe workout I own. Reading this thread makes me realize I want more, more, more ! Every DVD has been a great investment with huge returns. Coleen
 
Since I'm not limited in how many I can pick :+ , my all-time favorite Cathe workouts are:

1) Imax, Imax2, Viper, Lowmax, Circuit Max - because of the major calorie burn with each of these

2) KPC, CTX Kickbox, Cardio Kicks - because they make me feel like I can kick some butt! }(

3) MIC, Kickmax, HC Extreme, Imax3 - because I feel so dang proud of myself when I finish them :)

BodyMax - the title says it all, for me this work out is perfect. The leg circuits ROCK!}(
CircuitMax - I love the hi/lo, hard work and good ol' heart thumping fun!!
Terminator IMAX X-Treme, holy cardio!!!

If I think about it again next week I'll probably pick different workouts, so many gems to choose from. Cathe's workouts are the best!

Funny Marla - I read your favorites and your reasons, nodding my head to every one - especially the jumping around like a freakin' maniac! It IS so tough to pick only three, and depending on my mood, my favorite three might change. Fun to read.
