Favorite StretchMax segment

Yep, another vote for the band segment. And, I agree with Ame, I don't like the ball stretching in StretchMax, but I love it in Total Body Stretching. Actually, I love all 3 segments of Total Body Stretching. Even though I had StretchMax, I'm glad I got that DVD too.

But, back to you question--try the band segment and see how you like it. It is the perfect stretch after running because I gets the legs so thoroughly.

The ball stretch is my favorite, followed by the floor segment. For some reason the band stretch doesn't... well... make me feel stretched. I don't care for stretching with a stretchy band. Maybe if I try it with a towel or a belt -- something that doesn't stretch -- I might like it better.
 
The first one without equipment is my favorite, the ball is my second favorite. I never use the band segment because I really don't feel like I get a good stretch with it. I love the stretch in #2 where you're lying with your stomach over the ball - it feels so good!

I've been completely ignoring this particular title: I usually perform 20 minutes of yoga after my workouts, and I have longer practices for Yoga-only days.

Now I'm wondering if I should preview this DVD. (You guys cost me so much money! :D )
