Rhonda: her form, her faces, and the fact that she's about my height, and her moves look more like what I can do than what Cathe does.
Hope: she sometimes modifies, and that used to help me feel better about modifying (now, I modify when I need/want to, and don't care if anyone else is!). And, she had the best punching form in CTX Kickboxing and CK (so I have someone to look at that doesn't make me cringe).
Loretta: for her KB form.
I'd actually like to see more variety in backgrounders, as I get tired seeing the same people all the time. Like in one series, instead of having the same 4 people, rotate through a group of maybe 8 backgrounders, so there would be a different mix in every workout.
