Favorite movie heroine???

I really liked Demi Moore in GI Jane and Jennifer Lopez in Enough. Both are bad ass women who don't take crap from men.

Mulan

I know she's a cartoon but she is based on a real story and she's an excellent role model for my seven year old daughter.

Angelina Jolie as Laura Croft - she kicked some booty all while looking HOT - definite heroine figure -

Demi Moore as GI Jane - nothin like a woman who makes shaved heads look great - tough cookie - definite role model figure -

hmmmmm not many to really choose from??

Uma Thurman - Kill Bill?? - odd movie but she seemed to kick butt all the time - lol -

Trinity was good too - )

Definitely the Terminator CHICK - totally totally rocking!

and what about the X-Men?? They had two seriously bad butt chicks in that movie trilogy - - ) Not really the heroines though??

Uma in Kill Bill kicked butt, but I'm really not sure that I can look up to someone who's main objective in life is to kill anyone who wronged her in the most bloody, violent way possible.

Geena Davis' character in The Long Kiss Goodnight
and
Yancy Butler's character (I think her name was Sarah) in the TV show Witchblade.

Okay she doesn't save the day but, the mom from terminator 2, the chick in Aliens vs. Predators, Laura Croft, and definitely Jennifer from Alias. Now she could kick some behind!!!

Sarah O'Connor in the Terminator

Scarlett O'Hara - especially in the book (I agree with Sparrow). Plus - she got to kiss Clark Gable *dreamy sigh*

Mulan - ya gotta admire the girl - she posed as a boy when she knew it could get her executive, and saved an empire. And it's based on an old Chinese Legend.

For a character in a novel - Kahlan from the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind. She's gorgeous, tough, and is smart as a whip. Her strategical thinking saved the day many times. She's married to the hero, but is as valuable, if not more so, as he is. I especially like that the book was written by a man. He must have a strong wife.

I hated Uma in Kill Bill, what a stupid name for a movie!!!

Demi in G. I. Jane: Feminine, and strong, a good combination.
