Favorite moves from newest workouts?

What specific moves in the new workouts do you really like, and why?

I love the three-knee repeater that becomes a knee up, hold down, over-the-step, knee up, step down (which is more fun to do than to describe!). I'm not quite sure why, but I like the syncopated feel of it (I also like drop-squat/pendulum moves for the same reason). The only thing I don't like is that it's added on pretty late in the combo, so I don't get to do it as much as I'd like!

I like both firewalkers and 1-legged squats off the step (in B&G) but not because they are fun! Because they seem really effective.

I also like the 'frog jumps' (that's what I'll call them) in DM, which I do by not turning around at each end, but by doing them forward and backward (backward movement is supposed to hit the glutes and hamstrings more, and I can always use more work there).
 
I love that move in LIC also. I don't know what it is about it but I love it too. I also love that low squat thing where you lower your upper body over the step and lunge out twice and then whatever is the last leg to touch the floor then that is a knee in the chest exit.
 
I love the V-step on the step then one v-step backwards, shuffle forward and then v-step on the other side from LIC. I love all of the shuffle moves from all of the workouts, they're just fun!

FIREWALKERS! Really, I think they are fun, exhausting, and SO effective!

I also really enjoy all of the moves on the ball in DM drill 3. Again, very different from other stuff Cathe has done, so feels really nice and fresh.

Finally, the "football" cardio drill - I just LOVE that entire cardio sequence.
