Hi,
I want to buy some new Cathe weight workouts, but I'm kind of overwhelmed by all the great choices :)
Would you mind sharing your favorites?
My favorites that I already have are Power Hour and Leaner Legs.
I'm thinking about Guts and Butts, the Push Pull + Super Sets DVD, the Pyramids, or, of course, any suggestions are very welcome!!!
My goals: trying to lose a few pounds and TONE UP.
Thanks!!!!!

i don't own but have done the pyramids and they are GREAT!!!! highly recommend and there are even premixes on there that you can do total body.

my other favorites are Kick,Punch,Crunch/Legs and Glutes, IMAX2/Cardio and Weights, and of course Power Hour+. i do want to get the new drill max and body max 2 myself. push pull and supersets are great workouts too but they are a different style then say like muscle endurance, muscle max, etc.

My favorite total body workout right now is Muscle Max. I love Leaner Legs for lower body because it's short and very effective, but since you already have it Legs and Glutes is a close second. I've only done Butt and Guts once so I can't comment on it. It does remind me of Leaner Legs on steroids so you might like it if you don't already have it.

I like Push Pull and Supersets, mainly for the variety of exercises and the music. You can always make them harder by doing one of the premixes (to extend the time length and intensity). The ball exercises in these two are outstanding.

Muscle Endurance and Muscle Max are both equally as good.

I gotta go with pyramids...and Slow and Heavy! I have seen the most change in my muscle development with SH! I also love the pyramid concept and it works well to switch up with SH...My third pick is muscle max...Good luck and happy shopping!

I would have to say Push Pull/ Supersets. I love these workouts. Total body workouts with great music & both are fun to do. :)
