Favorite Cathe ab workouts?

The abs that really get me good are from KPC. I dont know why, but I always, always feel those the next day.

I love the med ball segments of Core Max too!

Ditto that. I used that DVD faithfully, every Saturday for about 2 years, & my abs got stronger w/CM #3 than w/any other ab w/o.

I like to pair it w/CM #2 or B&G weighted abs for a little extra burn. :)
 
I'm going to have to try that Core Max med ball segment again, though I may have to work my way up to it.

I did the core/abs section from BootCamp last night and it was tough. The side planks were really hard for me, but I had just worked out my upper body so my arms felt like jello. I'm hoping that's why I felt so weak.
