Favorite barre workouts

Hey all. For those of you who do barre workouts at home, what are your fave dvds and why? TIA.
 
I really like The Bar Method as well as Cathe's Turbo Barre. They are both tough in very different ways. Bar Method has really helped strengthen my legs, upper body and core in a way traditional weight training never has. I love it. If you do it right, it's killer. You won't sweat, but you will shake and burn like nothing else! Bar Method touts itself as a workout that you must do 5-6 days a week to see results, but I think that's only true if that's the ONLY workout you do. They also like to tell you it's a one-stop-shop for all your cardio and strength training needs, and it most certainly is not; however, it is a very solid program when used with other forms of training. I really like it!
 
I absolutely love Cathe's Turbo Barre. I can do squats & lunges til' the cows come home w/heavy weight, but simple leg lifts just makes me cry like a little baby. I've never felt such sting in my legs & glutes. I love the UB section with the 5lbs dumbbells and high reps. Talk about shaking and burning :eek:. The ab section is a keeper too. Definitely in my Top 5 Most Challenging Cathe Workouts. Oh, and the results are good too ;)
