One day rent "Pumping Iron II the Women"....it is really a very interesting oldie DVD. Bev Francis is in it with Rachel McLish....you will definitely see Rachel McLish in a totally different light. (Rachel McLish was always one of my inspirations until I saw that DVD.)

Work out incessantly and live on oatmeal, chicken breast and egg whites. Throw in a few protein shakes, never eat a cookie, chocolate, piece of cake or chip, be completely absorbed in your physical appearance.
