FAV CATHE WORKOUT

Hi Everyone,
Just wandering what everyone's fav Cathe workout is. I'd like to know so I can decide what to by next!!

Step, Jump & Pump is my favorite. It's not the toughest workout but it's long, has a lot of variety, and has the best music (I love 80's music!). I always reach for it when I don't really feel like working out, and by the end of the warmup, I'm singing along and having a great time.
 
Fave step - Step Blast
Fave weight - all the Gym Styles
Fave kickbox - Kick Punch Crunch
Fave circuit - Bootcamp
 
The Boot Camp Bonus Combo. Kicks my butt and my butt needs some serious kickin'!!!

After that, I'd go with Imax 2. Only had to pause once on Interval 9 last night which is a huge improvement over last week where instead of pausing, I did the first set, then stopped and stared at the TV in total exhaustion while the "crew" finished the rest of them!!!!

Hmmm, I do love so many of 'em....but I'm kinda stuck on HSTA right now. It's faboo!

I love the Terminator because it has a little bit of everything from the IS series except Pyramid. Sometimes I like using the Mix&Match for just doing cardio.
 
Terminator has been my favorite purchase so far. I love it.

And I'm really loving Hardcore Extreme.

I'm due for new DVD's too, and I'm torn...don't know if I want to go with the gym styles I hear so much about, or order the new workouts on pre-sale. I've been threatening to do that forever, but you know, that impatience thing will probably have me ordering some gym styles.

I go in spurts and tend to do some for a few weeks, then another few for a week or so....but I do love Pyramid Upper Body and just bought High Step Training Advanced and that is a super hard one for me and I love the variety!! It is impossible to choose one or two, the workouts I own have been my "favorite" at some point or another.:D

Fave step(s) - Power Max, Step Works, and Step Blast
Fave weight - Maximum Intensity Strength for upper, Gym Style Legs for lower
Fave circuit - Cardio & Weights
 
The Terminator workouts are a compilation of Cardio & Weights, Boot Camp, Muscle Endurance and IMAX 2. They consist of the Gauntlet, the Viper and IMAX Xtreme. They are all circuit workouts, rather long (about 80 minutes each) and extremely challenging and fun. Here is a description of each:

The Gauntlet was made by combining One Imax 2 interval + one Boot Camp lower body + one Cardio & Weights compound weights + one Boot Camp upper body + one Boot camp cardio..... Then repeat this pattern 7 times doing different exercises each time

The Viper
The Viper was made by combining One cardio section from Cardio & Weights + one Imax2 interval + two or three Muscle Endurance upper body heavy weights Then repeat this pattern 4 times doing different exercises each time.

Imax Xtreme

Imax Xtreme was made by combining One cardio section from Cardio & Weights + one Imax2 interval + two or three Muscle Endurance upper body heavy weights Then repeat this pattern 4 times doing different exercises each time.

I love Imax 2 and Muscle Max the most!!! The gymstyles are also a huge fav. of mine!!! Did I mention the kickboxing :)
