FAV CATHE WORKOUT

Hi Adri,

For this month I love ;
Cardio, I do Power Max, Rhythmic Step or Low Max
Strenth, I do the Slow and Heavy or Muscle Max or Max. Int. Strength
Endurance, I do Muscle Endurance
Circuit, I do Cardio and Weights or High Step Challenge or one of the In

I like to mix things up a lot, just so I can confuse my body and get a better workout. It prevents injuries this way also. Plus I'm never bored. Next month will be different.

That's a really good point Jani. I tend to do the same workout alot, wether at the gym or doing Cathe's workouts. I know that I should really mix it up, and still keep up bodybuilding/maintenance. That's why I want to ask other ppl for their fav Cathe workout, and think of what I should buy next. A lot of ppl like Rhymic Step. I might try that for a new Cardio.
