Fatburning rotation & ordering dvd's

Hello spyke here,

I have the next questions:

If I want to speed up my fatburning proces can somebody give me a suggetion how to rotate with Kick max, Drill Max & Bootcamp-ME, how many days and in which order and for how long. Any advice is more than welcome.

The next question regards ordering dvd's from Cathe.

I want to order the following programmes:

4 day split
Cardio Fusion
Imax 3
GS Chest & Triceps
GS Back, Shoulders & Biceps
Hardcore Extreme
Supersets Push & Pull
Pyramid Upper-Lower
Terminator
Cross Train Xpress
Circuit Max+Cardio Kicks

Are there programs in this list that are similar or are they completely different from one another? Because I don't want to buy the double same thing If I can go along with one.

I love them all

Hi Spike,
My favorite is GS, but you are going to need legs workout as well,Pyramide Upper & lower is almost the same with GS but you will need them for rotations ,For circuit workout ,
circuit max,body max 2, low impact circuit,the 3 body blast series are good also,drill max.
Oh I almost have all of Cathe's DVD's and I use them all so is really hard to pick.
