FAT LOSS ROTATION

Ok. So I have finished my first week of the fat loss rotation. Yay!
My question is this. I feel like I am not getting any leg weight workouts. I don't have the muslemax workout so I have substituted The Gauntlet on these days. Is that enough weight work? Is it comperble(sp?) Anyway I feel good from all the cardio but was wondering about the leg work. The rotation said 2 days of muslemax and I did 1 day PUB and the other The gauntlet. Any suggestions for substitutions are appreciated. Thanks

I guess I'd say that if you want more leg work take a look at your inventory and plug it into your rotation. I often do this w/ legs and sometimes shoulders because I like to work both of those at least 2x a week. Whatever lower is in your inventory will work. Only you can know based on your goals if the leg work in Gauntlet is enough:)

Hi there! I don't think that PUB nor The Gauntlet would be a good substitute for Muscle Max. Muscle Max is approximately 70 minutes of a full body weight training with core work at the end. There is no cardio. The Gauntlet is a great workout, but is more of an endurance / circuit workout than Muscle Max. PUB spends one full hour on upper and core. What other DVDs do you have. You may want to do a PUB premix of Pyramid Up or Pyramid Down only, PUB abs, and skip through and only do the Lower body segements of the Gauntlet. If you don't feel like you get enough lower work then do them twice. Just a suggestion. You could also do some leg work on your own. I think that Muscle Max spends about 18 minutes on legs. She does squats, plie squats, leg presses on an 8" step, and lunges.

I hope that this helps and good luck with your rotation!
