Fat loss rotation plus heavy arms/shoulders?

I am thinking (in the future - I have just started the May rotation) of trying Cathe's fat loss rotation to lean up for summer, but at the same time work heavy for shoulders and arms, which are areas I lack muscle mass. Has anyone tried something like this? I'm not sure whether I would do the fat loss rotation as is and add heavy shoulder/arm exercises on the weights days, or miss out the high rep shoulder/arm work. Any thoughts?

Cathe's June rotation really worked for me. I lost some weight and toned up my arms and shoulders. AND it really made me stronger which helped the cardio and the endurance type strength workouts.

You could substitute the S&H legwork with PLB or CTX Leaner Legs if you don't like to go heavy for the legs.

Another option could be the Tank Top rotation, with this rotation you do arms and shoulders 3 times a week and lots of cardio to stimulate fat loss.

Here it is:
PS Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, and Triceps.
CTX Leaner Legs
CTX Shoulders, Biceps, and Triceps plus cardio

I haven't done this one but I read it is highly effective. You could substitute day 3 with S&H biceps, triceps, shoulders if you would like to go heavier.

Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestion. The tank top rotation with the S&H substitution is something to consider.
