Extremely urgent question for Cathe!!!

What is the brand of that yellow top you're wearing in the blog photos for the stretch workout?;-)

I love the cut (though yellow isn't my color..I'm hoping they have a red or black version).


The workout itself looks good at well...I can certainly use an 'extended stretch' after my workouts these days. Thanks for adding that in!

Thank you Kathryn. The top is made by Oh My Bod. I'm not sure if it comes in other colors but I would check into it and see if it does. Stephanie usually makes things in a variety of color choices. Have a great weekend

With every series I think "Cathe has never looked better." Youve done it again with STS. The same goes for your regular crew too.

The yellow top and the short outfit in Meso 3 Legs are my favorites. The yellow one complements your radiance. If I had a lower half like yours I'd wear that short outfit everywhere.
