Sometimes I follow Wii My Fitness Coach Cardio segments, then I can pick the time, the music (house, 80's, dance, etc.) and the steps are well suited to the rebounder i.e. side steps, heel jacks, low kicks, hops.
Or just put the radio on a pop music station. Here's clips of some basic steps & routine...I think step & hi/lo would go good, depending on the speed.
