Hi,

I am not good at planning rotation. I want to lose 10 lbs and firm.

I want to know how to rotate the Pure Strength Series with the following steps videos: PowerMax, Step Fit and Step Works.

Thanks for your expertise.

Do you have any other videos that are either total body tapes (like MIS or a Firm) or else circuit tapes? Just curious because I like to hit each muscle group twice per week. So I usually do this
Sat. PS CST CTX cardio
Sun. PS BBA CTX cardio
Mon. PS SLA
Tue. Imax
Wed. MIS
Thu. Step Works or Cardio Kicks
Fri. Rest

But using those videos here you go:
Sat. Power Max
Sun. PS CST
Mon. Step Works
Tue. PS BBA
Wed. Step Fit
Thu. PS SLA
Fri. Rest

This is a lot of stepping. Another option might be:
Sat. Power Max
Sun. PS CST and PS BBA (warning, this is a lot of lifting)
Mon. Step Fit or Step Works
Tue. PS SLA
Wed. Running, a kickbox class, hi/lo (something other than step)
Thu. A total body tape or a circuit tape
Fri. Rest

Another option
Sat. Step Fit, the floor work from PS SLA
Sun. PS CST and PS BBA
Mon. Power Max
Tue. PS SLA (all of it)
Wed. PS CST and BBA, maybe done with lighter weights or do every other rep, just to hit each muscle group twice but to also mix it up to prevent boredom)
Thu. Step Works or a workout that incorporates lower body & cardio
Fri. Rest

Have fun!

Thanks a lot,

I decided to buy a new DVD. Now I have the following DVDs, could you build me a rotation for the next month. I still have problems figuring it out.

Pure Strenght Series
Power Hour
MIS
Body Max
Power Max
Step fit
Step Works

and also I do have a Pilates tape that I would like to do once in a while.

You could simplify your rotation by doing 3 days of cardio and 3 days of weights with the workouts you mentioned. For example: Monday: PS back/chest; Tuesday cardio; Wednesday PS legs/shoulders; Thursday cardio; Friday PS arms; Saturday cardio; Sunday off. You can change this around to fit the off day where it suits you best. For me, I prefer to have a weekday as my "off" day, as I am busier during the week and have more time to spend on working out on the weekend.
