I have injured my calf while training for a Half Marathon and was told that I need to strengthen my hamstrings b/c I have a muscle imbalance. My calves are much stronger than my hamstrings. I do have access to a hamstring curl weight machine, but wondered what exercises Cathe does in her workouts that will strengthen the hamstrings.
