Exercise Mats

I'm looking for an exercise mat that I can use for aerobic activities such as step and jump rope. I haven't been able to find any mats at my local athletic stores that have adequate cushioning. Any suggestions for mats and/or online stores where these mats can be purchased?

There is quite an extensive thread at the ya ya's site under the euipment category. You might want to check it out.

I have mats from Home Depot, I think they are great. I can tell quite a difference when I workout now. I got them in the carpeting and rug area of the store.
