Hi Cathe

I just visited your new Pinterest Board on indoor exercise bikes. Can you tell me me which type you used in your latest Strong & Sweaty DVD series? I have used an ellipitical while doing your bike DVD's and have found that works out fine for me, but lately I've been toying with the idea of purchasing a spin bike. Any suggestions you have would be welcome.

Hello attaboygirl and Donnysgirl, I noticed a previous thread where this question was answered by Cathe/her staff. The bikes in Cycle Sweat are V-Bikes. It is noted that, unfortunately, they are no longer available. But you can read other bike suggestions in the same thread from some experienced Cathletes. Hope you find one that works for each of you. Just did Cycle Sweat yesterday - awesome cardio challenge!!
