exercise bands?

i bought a set online from cathe thinking they would be the same ones used in gs but they are not. the bands are stronger. how can i get ones just like the ones in gymstyle? are they thera or dyna?

I use Cathe bands. I've tried others - but they left me feeling jealous of how far cathe's band would stretch when mine wouldn't so i finally bought some. they are great.

Hi Laura,

I know what you are talking about, when I got Hardcore they sent that green 6' band which is different than the new Cathe band. Then, it broke, and I just didn't use a band and then stopped w/o's for a while. Anyway, I found some similar on ebay...if you are advanced I would recommend getting the High resistance because I got medium (I still love it) and should have gotten High...but oh well...here's the link (it feels like the old band to me...)

It looks like you already bought a replacement band, but I believe it was a green dynaband they used in the gym style workouts, butts & guts, etc.

I recently bought a replacement for mine on amazon.
