Excited, but skeptical

If it helps.................I take out another DVD of a similar w/o & if I don't feel like I got enough of a cal burn, I'll just pop it in & do the first 10-15 minutes or so of the 2nd DVD. I'm less of a time person than a cal burn person--I have a certain number stuck in my head, & if my cals burned don't go over it I must feed my OCD & keep on going. ;)

Edit: I do not think I would do this w/the HIIT w/os. I haven't even tried them yet--I'm scared $hitless of them!
