I've just finished working on my spread sheet for my next 8-12 week rotation using the Slow and Heavy workouts. If anyone is interested, just let me know and I will email it to you.
Just a note, on the pull down menus, I've only gone up to 40lbs, but this menu can be modifed. The list in on worksheet 3. Also, I've customized this spread sheet using all of the workouts I plan to use for this rotation, including the cardio, but everything can be edited to suit your needs.
Also, I use colors to help motivate myself, each rotation is in a different color. Just a heads up, you may be changing the color to suit your needs too.
