Ever not use step?

I have been using a couple of Cathe's videos (basic step, body fusion, and the Pure Strength). Those are the only ones I have. I like to use the step but I was wanting to just do the aerobics without a step every so often. Would Cathe have any of those (or just use the step a little) or do you know of any other videos that are good (and will give you a good workout). I also used to walk/run, but I really don't have the time to go out to do something like that. I hope someone can help me here.

Kick, Punch, and Crunch and Kick Max require no step. I actually asked Cathe one time about this, and she told me that you can get a good workout just following the moves without the step.

Maximum Intensity Cardio (on same disc as Rhythmic Step and Interval Max)
Cross Train Express (has hi/lo cycles in at least two of the cardio routines, as well as a full-out kickbox routine)
Circuit Max / Cardio Kicks (has hi/lo and floor kickbox)
Boot Camp (all-floor cardio drills with resistance circuits)
Drill Max (5 of the 6 cardio blasts can be done without the step even though Cathe uses the step in a couple of them)

4-Day Split's Kickbox routine; also, you can modify the Boot Camp routine a bit or simply omit the 3 drills that incorporate the step)

As noted earlier, Step Jump Pump's hi/lo routine, as well as Kick Punch Crunch.

Kick Max from the Hard Core routine (apologies if I'm repeating others' responses).
