Ergo Ball vs. Stabilty Ball

I don't live in the states and cannot find a stability ball. I did locate the bollinger Ergo Body Ball. it is much longer than the stability.
My question is can I use this to replace the stability.. I have just received the Pyramid up & lower dvd and want to do the exercises but feel that I will not be able to perform them correctly.
Any suggestions?

I think you need the height the stability ball provides in order for the workout exercises to be most effective.

Have you tried ordering a stability ball online?

I live in the Caribbean with limited Fitness equipment.
I think I will just take your suggestion and order on-line.
I also did not realize about the height of the ball since I am new at using it.
I love the Phyramid
