equipment needed ?

I was curious what equipment you all needed for the STS Shock Cardio series and also do they require a lot of room? Thanks!
 
i was just logging on to ask the same question!

also, i was concerned about the heavy bag portion...there is no way i can fit one of these in my house. is the workout designed so we can just either sub in something else or will it still be effective if we punch/kick the air?

The heavy bag workout is just an optional short bonus workout that is added to MMA. There will be plenty of other workouts to keep you busy in MMA that do not use a heavy bag.
 
Hi Snitker! Great Question....

For Step Workouts: A step

For Boxing/MMA: wraps, gloves, boxing gloves, and a heavy bag (for the bonus bag workout). A jump rope is optional since you can use an imaginary rope (but please do jump as if it is the real deal ;))

For Hit: A fairly high platform to jump onto, hand weights, med ball,

For Circuit: Pretty much the basic equipment that I use in all of my other workouts.

For Travelfit: A resistance band. By the way, I am working on getting a more pliable band in my Fitness By Cathe line and hope to use it with this workout. This more pliable band is not yet available (we'll keep you posted when we have more info) but it will have the pliability of the green band we used in my workouts from a couple of years back. So if you still have that one, use it with Travel Fit .

These workouts do not take up a lot of space.

Thanks so much Cathe! I am SO relieved the workouts don't take a lot of space. I'm also happy that the HIIT workouts only need a high platform, weights and med ball. :) All in all, the workouts don't need a lot of equipment! :D
