Equipment needed for Ripped with Hiit & where to find Cathe step

I just pre-ordered Ripped with Hiit and I am really excited!

I wasn't able to find a list of the equipment that will be needed for the DVDs. Is this listed somewhere?

Also, I can't find a step like the one used on Cathe's videos. Can anyone point me in the right direction to finding the Cathe step?

Thanks!

Just search online for the "original health club step". In Ripped with HiiT we use a step, various dumbbells, 4ft barbell, 6ft stretch band, firewalkers and a mat. If there is something I missed I'll post an update.

Is the club step used in all of the workouts? Are you able to tell me which workouts do not use a step or can still be completed (with similar intensity) without using the step? This info will be super helpful! I do use a high step but I do not use a regular club step.

Thanks!

The answer to your question is no we don't use a step in every video in Ripped with HiiT, but we only release details on specific videos once they have finished being filmed. So far we have released information on the following workouts as far as equipment goes:
1. Plyo HiiT One - doesn't use a step
2. Plyo HiiT Two - uses a step
3. Lift it HiiT it - Legs - doesn't use a step
4. HiiT Lower Body Circuit - uses a step

There still 5 more videos to release information on, so keep checking back for more details. You can modify any step video and do it on the floor, but the intensity will not be the same as if you did it on a step. The step adds the vertical dimension to a workout and this means the body has to work harder to do the movements.

Funny thing about finding a step... My hubby is an avid thrift-shopper. I asked him to find me a step (showed him a picture of EXACTLY what it was). I now have 4 with at least 4 risers each!
