Yes, an oxygen tank is a must-have.
I don't have a medicine ball, but I know you can get them in various weights, depending on your needs/wants.
I don't have a high step - I use the Fanny Lifter from the Firm or use my SuperStep (the kind that Cathe has that she makes into a bench).
I don't have a barbell (well, I have a 45-pound barbell, but that one is just a might too cumbersome for me right now), so I use dumbbells in place of a barbell when doing Cathe's workouts.
I also don't have ankle weights, yet...but that might be my next purchase.
The key is to not worry about the equipment. Every workout can be modified to fit what equipment you DO have. I mean, I don't even use a step for Cathe's step workouts (the ol' asthma won't let me). As long as you're moving, you're getting somewhere!
