Energy to burn!

I am not a fan of cleaning so to speak. I do it cause it needs to be done, not because I enjoy it or HAVE to have a spotless house but sometimes on a saturday or sunday morning I will get this fire lit under my behind that I can not explain and I will clean the entire house from top to bottom w/o stopping and actually ENJOY doing it!

If that's not burning extra energy, then I don't what is!? :D

I like doing Cardio & Weights or Higher Intensity or Lower Intensity 4DS (always using an 8 inch step). The reason is because I really love the music on these three workouts and when I have lots of energy, then I find myself smiling from ear to ear while doing the workouts and get a little more pep in my step!

Insanity, baby, all the wayyyyy!!! Also c&w with massive power in my moves, l&g for toughness, oh heck, pretty much any of Cathe's higher intensity workouts with an extra boost of "wooohooo" "yeah!!!" "bring it"

Now, I'm guessing that Cathe's new Instensity & other workouts will be my new go-to boootay kickers!!

Doing any of Cathe's workouts, it makes me feel very accomplished when I have the energy to keep up snd increase my weight.

I agree with Fitmommy, I will get that extra boost to clean, which is actually what I did when I came home today. Then did Push/Pull :)

ITA on the cathe w/o's.

I've also noticed i have the best runs those days.

On the cleaning. I'm such a procrastinator. Then i decide to clean everything or do huge amounts of laundry. I always end up running out of steam before it's done, because my expectations were so unrealistic.

In the moment though, it feels great! I'm fearless, motivated, like i can run forever, and effortlessly lose more weight. It's interesting how we have those emotional highs, lows, and just blah days.

If we could bottle the energy we would all be rich.

Last month I really struggled with Leaner Legs, wondered why I put it back in this month, but yesterday, it was great! I did so much better, and felt really great about it... plateau buster for sure! I get a kick out how things change from day to day, week to week, month to month.... so worth the effort!...
