Cathe - are you just full of energy all of the time? Just curious. I have this image of you that you just bounce right out of bed in the morning and never get tired.

I exercise regularly and eat clean some of the time but I am tired much of the flippin time.(I am sure have 2 young kids has nothing to do with it). I wonder if I ate better if I would have more energy. Just asking someone who does.
 
How's your carb level? Are you taking too many in - check that out in your diet. Fruits and vegetables are a healthier way to boost that energy level up. Your fruits will provide you with the natural sugar that your body needs (eat an apple when you feel sluggish). Try to also work out in the morning - it will help you stay energized throughout the day and always take a little me time, two little children will make anyone tired. The good thing is, your not alone.
