Recently I find myself reading up a lot on the differences between strength and endurance training. Please chime in and help me understand.
If I am working a muscle to complete failure during an endurance workout like CTX Upper Body for example, am I causing hypertrophy in my muscles? In other words, if I am lifting a weight that is heavy enough to challenge me, while keeping with Cathe's rep speed and fail completely by my last rep, have I caused the micro tears in my muscles to encourage muscle growth?
